The frequency of the days with different values of temperature characteristic of the Central Moldavian Tableland between Siret and Şacovăţ is a consequence of the great climatic variability due to some frequent periods of warm air that cause a bigger number of days with high temperature values, while the penetration and the installation of some cold continental air masses produce a rise in the number of the days with very low temperature values. In this paper we present the different spatial differences in the western part of the Moldavian Tableland as far as the number of the days with characteristic temperatures is concerned, in connection with the factors that influence this distribution
